Good evening!
The One returns to the country this week amid fairly negative reports on his Asian trip's success. Yet he seems oblivious to his setbacks, both abroad and here at home with the midterm elections.
He probably thinks one or two more speeches will solve everything...
Plus a friendly arm-twisting session when he meets with Republican leadership Thursday night.
Good luck with that. I’m finding a lot of the problem with many of my programs is not that they don’t work in and of themselves, but that the interactions with newer technology just doesn’t work on them.
I hope the library is a little more compatible.
Wow. Our leaves have long “ gone with the wind”. Enjoy!
>>I really don’t like this intrusion
There is no choice is there? ...it’s either get X-rayed in the nude or get groped.
That looks yummy. Good morning. We are going to have a decent day today for mid November in these parts. I just might go out and do some things that I never got finished and figured I would have to just finish up in the Spring. It’s like a second chance day :)
I think not!
Good morning!
Oh my..I’ll take the whole dish, thank you...
That seems to be the choice. That’s why I’m looking at alternative travel means.
Are these new procedures only for people who've "failed" the scan we're used to getting now?

Thanks. I was going to upgrade with an XP cd that I have, but it would have to be XP Home, not Pro.
Good morning.
We are finally having a rainy day here...Praise God. Can’t remember ever being so dry in the past.
Good morning. Great news.
Listening to Bennett talk to Jindal...didn't know that NO education has revived since Katrina with lots of choice as to charter schools, etc.
Before...it was terrible public schools and expensive private schools with some parochial schools also. Now low-and lower income families have more opportunities.
Off to exercise and some errands
I don’t know the answer to that. I’m waiting to hear back, too, from traveling friends. Rave, when do you travel next?
FWIW, I just picked a tomato from one of my two plants. I didn’t do so well this year with my tomatoes, but they’re still bearing fruit so I’ll keep them watered and warm and see what happens.
Because hubby has had a hip replacement, I hear that he’ll get it ALL.
TSA went through my hair last time we flew, which is quite thin, thank you very much, because a hair clip set something off. TSA lady actually went through my hair with her fingers. You can see my scalp, for cryin’ out loud! I didn’t throw a fit but was very perterbed on the inside. Bet my BP was sky high. Grrrrrr............
XP may still work. We have XP on one of our machines, maybe two. We have them as “back-up” machines and still function great. One of our machines is at least 11 years old and we have no trouble with it ... except when we try to do something for which it isn’t designed. (Think: the auto door locks on a ‘66 Mustang just don’t work very well. The XP doesn’t do some things either.)
I know you know that. I wrote it for some lurkers out there.
Common sense MUST begin to rule the day. This is just awfully silly. I suspect that leisure travel may begin diminish and businesses may begin to use on-line meetings more. There will still be some travel, though, being on-the-ground and in-person reveals many things that can’t be learned through phone and internet.
I'm going to find one of our other laptops to see if I can get that working for her.
I wonder what TSA will do if the person is an illegal from Mexico.
