Howdy stockpirate. Need some help here. Do you mean a ping is a request for someones copy of a post? Never done it before on here. Just inquiring. You just type in ping or is it a button you press?
Let’s asssume you have a topic that you are very interested in, so you would like to know whenever there is an article on said topic.
For instance history, well you are in luck the is a list which is kept by sunkenciv. Whenever something comes up we will ping him as per his request and he pings the list he keeps as per their request.
It is considered RUDE and tackey to create a ping list from someone else’s ping list and ping them or to ping those who have not requested to be pinged by them.
Usually leftists come on here and will highjack names and then ping them on topics like the birther issue.
