I would agree except for one thing. While I've never posted here, I do often search trying to find an old thread. Sometimes it is amazingly difficult.

You will have much better luck using Google (or your favorite seach engine).

Do an advanced search. Enter Freerepublic.com where it asks for... Search within a site or domain

The problem isn't Wade Phillips the real problem is Jerry Jones.
Jones is someone who thinks he can coach and manage the Cowboys.
Jones interference with his coach's is well known and Phillips is just a scapegoat for Jones.
Maybe Jerry should just take over and coach the rest of the season and totally fulfill his fantasy as being George Halas.
