Maybe I'm seeing more than is there, but it seems that the man Obama is shaking hands with is looking straight at Obama, and yet Obamas eyes are focusing slightly down, and yet the men are the same height.
Also notice the body language of the 2. Obamas is stiffly straight, with his hand shake pulled back and away from his body. Everything says arrogance and aloofness. The other man appears very comfortable and congenial.

This is an incredible display of rudeness towards Obama’s Indian hosts. Obama plays to the bigshot white guys, and ignores his hosts. Look at their faces.
