Although I'm optimistic, I do somewhat worry that I will end up feeling like this:
Everbody needs to get out and vote!

I have the same anticipation. Been very energetic for the past week, cleaning, cooking, actually looking forward to holidays, etc. Sure hope we aren’t let down.
Have been pretty low since the terror that was 2008.

I felt this way recently, when voting for Scott Brown to fill the seat Ted Kennedy warped out of shape with a Republican.
This year really is different. I don’t think people need to be reminded to make sure they get out and vote. It’s SO personal this time, Obama has SO betrayed the trust of those foolish enough to trust his “I’m no commie” talk, that they are indeed angry. And they want to hit back.

It took us 50 years to get to this sorry state and one election will not change much. All it will do is stop the RAT march in the short term. Even though we expect a big win, it won’t give us a veto proof or even a large majority in either house. This will temporarily stop the bleeding, but restoring the nation to health will take DECADES.

I agree. But we will all have to STAY ACTIVE and keep the Republicans in line. The war with the GOP establishment is just beginning . . .

If it’s a really big wave, we need to be out in the streets cheering like we do when our favorite team wins the championship, because this is much, much bigger. Ring those bells! Honk those horns! Blow your vuvuzelas! Spill into the streets from the election headquarters and cheer and stomp your feet! Revel in VICTORY!
You have had a part in saving the United States of America, so don’t be shy about your jubilation. You earned it. And it will be fun seeing the msm’s heads explode!

Woke up this morning and had this song stuck in my head ...
The sunll come out
Tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
Therell be sun!
Just thinkin about
Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
Til there's none!
When I'm stuck with a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And grin,
And say,
Oh
The sunll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
Tïll tomorrow
Come what may
Tomorrow!
Tomorrow!
I love ya
Tomorrow!
You're always
A day
A way!

Unfortunately, the healthcare bill is here to stay. When was the last time a huge government created program was axed entirely. Conservatives may win this election battle, but the democrats won the war of taking over healthcare.
We all know deep down that the republicans will not have the guts to do anything about it. They will say Obama tied their hands on the issue so that they can use it again election after election.

I'm expecting that shiny new red bicycle tomorrow, but I'm going to get out there and vote, then get all of my family, friends, and neighbors to vote, and then go to DE and get out the vote for COD. It's nice to expect a beautiful gift, but with enough blood, sweat, and tears, it could be even better than promised (not to mention beyond the margin of Dem fraud).
Instead of a new 10 speed . . .
