When the nights get cold and the trees take on their coat-of-many-colors and the last Thursday in November draws nigh, an old man's thoughts turn to:

Hot apple pie with ice cream
a dish that's sure to please
Cold apple pie is also good
served with a piece of cheese
Apple pie just by itself
with Irish Breakfast tea
or a cup of strong black coffee
is good enough for me

And why does He do this?
So that when Others are Troubled,
Needing our Sympathy and Encouragement,
We can Pass on to them this Same Help and Encouragement God has Give us.
You can be Sure that the More we Undergo Sufferings for Christ,
The More He will Shower us with His Comfort and Encouragement.
