Good evening!
Election Week has arrived, and with it we hope ~~real hope ~~ the beginning of a return to sanity.
So many races to follow after many days of effort.
I think that with very few exceptions we can be proud of our side and the campaigns waged on principle and ideas, and many small contributions from many different sources. It's been amazing!
Oh, good luck with PT. I am one who didn’t think it helps, but others disagree with me. Perhaps I just had a crummy therapist. She was a snippy little thing, just fresh from college and the first thing she said, w/o any prior interaction, was “you did this back injury to yourself.” Then she said it was because I was so fat and inactive.
No. I became fat and inactive AFTER the injury, not before. Further, I remember exactly what happened when that disc rupture and I felt it all up and down my body.
That ruling makes sense to me.
It was in the 30s here, as well, but thankfully no frost. We are still sleeping with our windows open. I sleep better when I’m cool and hubby wants to sleep with me so he goes along with it. HA!
Whoa! That was a huge win for the good guys. Thanks for being on the front lines. I am so proud of you Iowans for tossing out those three liberal judges. Good job!

I think it was in the fall of 2008. It was the first time the entire family (of those eligible) marched in the Alumni Band. We also play together informally from time to time. The emphasis is on fun and participation, instead of perfection.

Do you think the rank and file of AFSME and SEIU might start asking questions about why the leadership continues to spend money on losers?
Perhaps a better question would be directed to the status of their retirement funds. The retirement funds are totally depleted. Might be fun for the Iowa legislature to hold hearings. Without those unions getting card check, they can’t add money to their retirement funds.

Oops, phe ringing from the big house to me, reckon she found where I got into her cake..Yep, that is what is was for, I plead guilty but oh was it good, brought a couple of slices to my shack when I cam back...what a cakes for anyhow, to eat of course, I am just living up to what one is suppose to do with it.
OK. the good guys have taken the house. What ya think, they going to do right or some of them to turncoat. I think turn but which ones I don’t know.
Prez going overseas and looks like he is taking half of Washington with him, if a pub had done this they would have to close down Washington DC for the dems throwing such a fit.
Got to start a little shack cleaning this morning, my oh my, how can a place get messed up so fast.
