Good evening!
Election Week has arrived, and with it we hope ~~real hope ~~ the beginning of a return to sanity.
So many races to follow after many days of effort.
I think that with very few exceptions we can be proud of our side and the campaigns waged on principle and ideas, and many small contributions from many different sources. It's been amazing!
Awwe Cher. You are so sweet.
He’s doing better. Still not 100% but he’s enjoying not having to spend 8+ hrs a day driving back and forth to the city/LI/NJ.
Hi.. elections.. so many mixed thoughts. I worked hard this year locallly & did go to the Lake Co /Steve LaTourette victory party Tuesday night. The real work NOW begins. Will they cave? will they keep a spine? will they fight that HARD FIGHT? we can only hope & pray
Been busy here non stop since mom’s death. The funeral (BLING) was really a wonderful time for us all. My bro is still in town & he & some friends helped me celebrate an early birthday yesterday in Fremont for the Hayes Presidential center & then on to Toledo for 2 Dixieland jazz gigs/lounges. and two great restaurants with too much food/drink & getting home at 3 AM exhausted.
It is pretty overwhelming here in many respects. Trying to keep my sanity in days ahead with political matters, my beloved pix editing, cinema, my wonderful fur babies, and my Cavaliers.
Know many of you have $$ issues , health issues, family issues etc.
Prayers for you as you struggle to find your way & place in life at this time
Thank you for helping protect the validity of that election and for acting as a deterrant to the democheaters.
Does anybody know the actual count of US House, and gubernatorials the R’s picked up?
Or are we still counting? I know WA and AK are still counting.

I know it is a very hard read, not because of the great author, David Limbaugh, but because of what this monster is doing to us and people still support this destruction of their country before their very eyes.

Good evening. Yes, last I saw launch was scheduled for tomorrow at 3:04 pm EDT. I will get to watch on my computer from work. I’ll start watching while I work and check throughout the morning. Love to watch the ride in the van out to the launch pad and the ingress!
Every day life has suddenly jumped out at me and taken a bit out of my cheeks.
Mr HOB taking a new job ( I pray this was the right move), Foster son acting up at school, business still down, tooth extraction and prep for an implant tomorrow....the list goes on.

I cheated by using my bread machine. It’s the first time I made raisin bread in it. I had a small piece. I’m pleased with the texture and taste. I’ll toast it for tomorrow’s breakfast.
Yes. It is very thrilling. I am extremely sad that this will be the last. The rest is redacted.
It's those big losses with the Tea Party faves...O'Donnell, Angle which get all the attention.
It's good that the rest of stats are getting out, and the Tea Parties should get plenty of kudos for those numbers.
How did the guy you were helping come out?
The young man I was volunteering for won his State Senate seat, and in an upset in the area, a Dem incumbent lost his State House seat...but this was to a long-time R Candidate who's been prosecutor and other things...

Blake Farenthold is quite an upset in the Rio Grand Valley/ S. Padre Island / Corpus Christi area. Ortiz was entrenched and hasn’t conceded yet....hope they can’t mysteriously find 800 more votes.
