NEW YORK, (AP) -- A transgender woman is suing the LPGA over a requirement which states all competitors must be "female at birth."
The New York Times is reporting Wednesday that Lana Lawless, a 57-year-old who underwent gender reassignment surgery in 2005, filed a lawsuit . . .

No surgery is going is going to change the fact this person is a man. It’s unfair competition. They know it; we know it.

Dr. McHugh says that his research led Johns Hopkins to stop offering SRS for its patients. He observes: "Having looked at the Reiner and Meyer studies, we in the Johns Hopkins Psychiatry Department eventually concluded that human sexual identity is mostly built into our constitution by the genes we inherit and the embryogenesis we undergo."
McHugh says "I have witnessed a great deal of damage from sex-reassignment.... We have wasted scientific and technical resources and damaged our professional credibility by collaborating with madness rather than trying to study, cure, and ultimately prevent it."
A mutilated male does not qualify for the LPGA? Oh, the horror!

Doesn’t matter if you call it gender reassignment surgery or whatever. Chopping off the weiner is self-mutilation.
From a business perspective, this is a nightmare scenario for the LPGA.
They are already tottering on the edge of bankruptcy. If the top golfer on the LPGA tour is a man that has had sex change surgery to become a woman, it will close the LPGA’s doors. They’ll be out of business in a year.
Women are already concerned about not getting respect as atheletes. Do you think they’ll flock to support a “women’s league” where the top competitor is a guy that has had a sex change operation? No. They won’t consider it fair this person is still endowed wit all the physical advantages men are born with (size, strength, etc...), yet gets to compete as a woman.
Men don’t watch women’s golf now.
The LPGA really has no choice but to fight this tooth and nail. The alternative is to go out of business.
DH bought a new hard drive and a “computer whiz” friend will hopefully give him some pointers of what to do with it. Of course, that may not be the problem.
Because it may fail at any moment, I took off all my files and therefore can’t find any useful info etc. (Just in case I have to take it in to some place, I don’t want all my files for any other person to take a look at)>
As my friend found out, they tend to wipe those files anyway. She lost several years of pics of her Grandkids.

My goodness! This has got to be a psychiatric disorder. Any man who wants to do away with his penis needs to see a psychiatrist. I wonder if a chemical imbalance is involved.
