 Maila Nurmi. She just passed away a few years ago. She was one of, if not the first, hostess of a horror movie time block. LA area.
 
 Whathisname, Ed Wood(?) was a friend of hers, and after she agreed to the part, she read the script, realized how bad it was, and got him to make her role "non-speaking".
 
 Sued Cassandra Peterson, but lost. Roomed with Norma Jean Baker. Had a feud with "The Man Who Invented Rock Hudson".
