WOW, I’m not sure if I hope they are right or not. Remember what happened when the GOP took them when Clinton was in the WH. He blamed everything bad on the Republicans and therefore got a 2nd term. We need the Marxist Kenyan out! If losing the Senate this fall helps do that, so be it. Don’t forget, even if we had the majority, the Maine twins will always be there to cross over and help when needed.

I wouldn’t be surprised — outraged, but not surprised — if the Maine Twins switch to Dem after the election.
If the GOP wins the Senate, they would be crazy to do that.
Actually, I doubt either one will switch. The election is going to send a message that the voters want conservatism. Moving to the left is the last thing any politician will want to do.
