What should be their first set of priorities?

If they do that they are toast. They will be looking at a third party for sure in 2012.
I know they don’t get that yet, I’m hoping it will become crystal clear on the dawn of 11/03/2010, a morning that will live in memory, God willing.
Like I said, repeal the HMO Act of 1973, as well as all of the other abominations you listed.
The system is corrupt, broken, archaic. It won’t make much difference. Whining about “RINOS” will continue here, wanna bet? Dissing of “third party” ideas will continue, wanna bet? Masturbating about “American exceptionalism” that’s produced all this banana republic corruption will continue will continue, wanna bet? Worshipping a potential godlike replacement of the current boy king at the top will continue, wanna bet?
A radical change is needed. If nothing else, the complacency, the ignorance, the idiotic certainty that we have the bestest political system since Moses, and other such superstitions of the populace are the best arguments for it.
Impeach and investigate Obama
Once he is found ineligible - all his crap goes away!
Repeal Obamacare and fire the tzars. Then lower taxes on businesses. Then do an investigation into who Obama really is and how he came to be president with no proof of citizenship.
Ditto. Especially ACORN

I want them to FIX the things that NEED fixing, like the repeal of Obamacare, and the lastest round of capitalist bashing in the Financial Reform legislation recently passed. We'll know who did the heavy lifting, without their having to show their faces.
All they can do for the next 2 years is defund and investigate.
Investigations will set the table for action later, and develop the mandate to do it.
1. Repeal all legislation enacted by Obama
2. Secure the borders - build the darned fence
3. Enforce illegal alien laws currently on the books
4. Allow illegals to self-deport
5. Deport criminal illegals after sentences are served
Make sure Christianity is not trampled.
If they waste their time in investigations, there will be many who voted FOR them this time who will vote AGAINST them in 2012, because they did nothing worthwhile, while in Congress.
In the first week, the House should DEFUND ALL the following: (I’m sure I’ll be missing some)
1- 0b0z0Care and restore the 500 bil to Medicare and SS COLA
2- Stimulus pckgs (return what’s left to the treasury)
3- FinReg
4- All Bailouts, especially unions & communist organizations
5- All the small crappy “job bills”
In the second week:
1- All monies paid to Czars, committees, etc..
2- All monies paid to 0mama’s 21 of 22 assistants
3- Start Investigations of the Congressional bribes to pass the above agenda, just one of many in parallel
4- Restore the Defense cuts
5- All pork in previous bills stating no pork in new bill
Later but soon, defund the EPA, DOEn, DOEd, HHS, ACLU

You and I both know that will not happen! They don't and they won't! Unless ALL incumbents are voted out they would be exposing their complicity in allowing the usurper to ascend to the WH.

Defund everything that is unconstitutional (yes, that includes Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and S-CHIP).
Repeal, repeal, repeal. There are too darn many laws, and too many of ‘em have to do with things that are none of the Fed’s business.
