Tiger Woods's feudal right to rule the roost can no longer be sustained when he gets duffed up quite as badly as this.
The sight of Tiger giving of his best and finding it consistently and dazzlingly bettered by a man who, if he can forgive the imagery, really now ought to be dubbed 'Son of Monty' almost beggared belief as well as triggering the explosion of joy which ignited this great European comeback.

The PGA forcing the Ryder Cup to delay by 2 weeks made the USA team play in a underwater bog. Poor Mickelson's arthritis must be miserable.
Westwood and Luke Donald are good guys too. Poor Stewart Cink tried to keep the US team afloat. I watched some of it on the net.
Talk about karma.

Westwood is very much like Monty, neither has ever won a major and Monty never will.

Fire Corey Pavin for his affirmative action pick of Woods when he’s been golfing like a hacker and especially for giving his girlfriend in bobby sox the job of designing the awful U.S. wardrobe. The lavender sweaters yesterday would have been perfect for the Gay Pride Parade in SF.
I am curious to know the real reason why Tiger W. was picked.
No. Monty is a jerk and Westwood is a nice guy. Westwood went to the top, crashed and is back at the top.
Corey Pavin is an idiot. His wife is running the team. Pavin never should have picked Woods. Sean O’Hair would have been a better pick.
Woods could not hit a fairway to save his life. He needs some pancake waitresses and steroids over in Wales.
There haven’t even been any singles matches yet. At least give a little passing credit to Luke Donald or whoever else Westwood has been paired with.
She could have picked any color. If I had been playing I would have left the sweater off. I would even take pastels over lavender. No Lavender, orange or aqua.

Luke Donald is a good guy and a good golfer. He almost won the last tourney with Furyk and has a beautiful swing.
I am not bashing the USA just Pavin, Mrs. Pavin and Woods. Stewart Cink is a great guy who has been carrying the team with Matt Kuchar - another good guy. The PGA delayed this because of the Fed Ed. Mickelson had arthritis and his meds but that course in Wales in cold and damp. Phil must be feeling like crap.

THAT was an embarassing chip shot. It landed short, bounced and hit a wheel of a golf cart parked too close to the action. The next chip was pretty good, tho.
