In light of what and who occupies the power structure in Washington, DC, and what is becoming of this disunited states, we can learn alot from this piece.
Another piece of southern heritage down the drain because of some liberal sphincter in washingtoon.
Another piece of southern heritage down the drain because of some liberal sphincter in washingtoon. I can hardly wait to see what happens when they try to ban the STARS & BARS.
Thanks for posting

What we learn from this piece is that 13% of the population in the South rule the other 87%.

November 2, 2010 is COMING.
We are also often reminded of the criminal acts committed against the indian tribes in the west by the US Calvary and others: in general, the American South was under reconsruction, and disarmed both literally and politically. Who then committed the crimes against the native Americans?... perhaps the non-racist, high- and open-minded soldiers from the northern areas. Whatever flag they carried might be equally offensive to some, but something tells me that icon flys outside of my post office. The difference, I suppose, it that the Stars & Stripes was not co-opted by unmitigated racists.
I watched on television as Vanderbilt ran over Ole Miss in Oxford two weeks ago. The crowd for the university’s SEC opener did not fill the stands and they were fairly subdued even when Ole Miss scored. Rebel fans were once a spirited crowd. I guess now they have learned to kowtow humbly.
So important. Thank you.
