Just curious about Peter Gerstein. Is he based out of Taiwan now? Did he say why? And when you met with him, did he mention where he was raised as a child? Was it South Boston?

I corresponded with him WHEN I was in Taiwan. I didn’t meet with him face to face. This was 12-20 years ago, now.
I don’t remember much of the details. I think it was mostly about this or that case, . . . what he thought the evolution of the whole mess was likely to be etc.
I was impressed with his humility and candor. I was impressed with his tenacity. I was impressed with his responsivness. He was not at all the typical atny hotshot arrogant sort of person. He was quite down to earth, practical etc.
I think I mostly wanted to affirm that he was a good man doing a good job and that I’d trust him a lot in terms of what he asserted, what he did and how he handled the issues and himself on the whole topic.
At the time, the FedGov/military was attempting to annex the land we were on and several thousand other acres to the west of Ft. Hood. (to test cruise missiles) (land owners were successful in denying the seizure)
As we walked along a path near a creek, we were suddenly enveloped by a strange blue light that seemed to come from above but, we could not see the source. We both felt paralyzed (mostly due to shock) for an undetermined amount of time and then it was gone.
When we got back to the truck, we decided it must of been the military trying to intimidate the land owners and never thought too much about it for all these years.

Yes, I meant that God created two types of sentient beings: angels and humans. There are non-elect of each. The non-elect angels may appear as ghosts, deceased people, and yes, ‘aliens.’
While it is a truth that God is able to create other types of sentient beings, these two types alone have been revealed to us in His Word, and this is the reference point we have to make decisions and judge rightly.
Therefore, even if God is the Creator of other sentient beings, that is a separate issue, and irrelevant, in my view to the instant question, for He has revealed all that He deems that that we need to make judgments so as not to be deceived in this world.
He has also made it clear that the enemy of our souls may appears as an angel of light, and that the road to destruction is broad. There are a lot of ways to deceive, but one Truth.
Therefore, based upon the information He has revealed, so called ‘aliens,’ ghosts, etc. must be fallen angels.
Well, I made the report to MUFON via telephone interview and snail mail around 1997. I wasn't plugged in to the internet yet. I'd have to do a bit of digging to see if it's even available online.
That's one of those stories that sort of stops you in your tracks. Like the thing I witnessed, there's no simple explanation for it.

There are some cases where CAT SCANS missed the implants.
I don’t recall any of MRI’s missing them.
Some of the later models are reportedly extremely small and easily missed.

When these apparitions began appearing in the 1950’s he was 20 years old and probably fascinated - he can now afford to fund scientific experiments, in any country in the world - in total secrecy or with the blessing of any nation willing to cover for him, terrorize the human race and get paid very well.
