Why are stories about Lucas Daniel Smith being yanked?
The Post & Email | 9/7/2010 | surfer

Why do these articles keep getting banned and deleted on FR?

I don't understand how this breaks any of the rules here...have our moderators been inflitrated with Progressives, Marxists?

Is FR seeing its final days?

He probably didn’t even report it on his taxes.

I agree. I didn’t say he was a Prince among men. But as I said to somebody else, he sent this to congresscritters as legitimate. Wouldn’t that be a crime? It sounds like a high risk to me. I wouldn’t do it unless I was certain of what I had.

He doesn’t actually claim it to be legitimate.

He just claims he bribed someone in Kenya to produce it for him.

Are you saying that he wouldn’t dare send forged documents to every Congressman because it’s a crime so therefore they must be real?

I am not debating about that. It has nothing to do with what I said in my first post.

I said it gave me pause.

I expect that this is just a publicity stunt for him.

I don't think he's done anything illegal in this mass mailing.

In the glorious thread that got Smith banned, Buckeye Texan was confronting Smith about why he hadn’t bothered to try and inform anyone in Congress in a systematic manner (or some such phrasing).

A quick read of the article here gives me the impression that Smith has been taking the previous criticisms and working to construct a story that closes some of the gaping holes in his previous scam.

The other part of this Jim I think we should give The Post & Email a little room here. Who knows what they are planning from a reporting standpoint. They certainly are covering and uncovering a lot of important facts and you know they are clearly in the crosshairs as well.

I remember WND in the early days...

He says he is willing to provide more evidence to Congressional hearings and investigations to follow up his letters to Congress. If Smith does so, he is stepping in it if he is lying.

“He probably didn’t even report it on his taxes.”

I wonder what the tax basis of a kidney is.

I mean, you’ve spent a whole life feeding it and keeping it well.

Perhaps kidney/you entire body mass = % kidney(cost of food for life until that time) = tax basis of kidney.

This document Smith claims is a BC of Obama’s has a baby foot print on it.

If forged, the foot print wouln’t be Obama’s, would it?

The quickest way to stop Smith is to PROVE that the document is a forgery. The fact that Obama’s lawyers are fighting it means...what? Let the Obama administration prove the BC is a fake and send Mr. Smith to prison.

That way people like you can stop trying to figuratively massacre ‘messengers’.

That was what gave me pause. I would think it's illegal to distribute a forged document as legitimate. It's just one of those times one goes "Hmmmmm". I look at it as jail time and would I risk it. Nope.

“He doesn’t actually claim it to be legitimate.

To “produce” it for him, or “obtain” it for him? Hard to believe he would send it to members of Congress if it was nothing but a “made up or produced” document because certainly he would be called on it!

I do not know Mr.Smith, but had some Freeper friends asking me if I knew why his thread was pulled. I know nothing about it as missed seeing the thread, myself.

You are assuming that Zero wants Smith to go away. Maybe he wants the story to stay alive so whenever someone criticizes him, he can talk about plastering his BC on his forehead instead of facing the criticism. He is personifying his critics around Smith and Orly, painting all of them to be cut from the same cloth. He has created a character of his critics as being the looniest of the loons... you notice he never addresses the simplest NBC argument about 2 citizen parents, instead, he always mocks forgery and birth location conspiracies.

Shouldn't Smith have to PROVE his document is real? Good grief, If I was good at photoshop I could create thousands of fake birth certificates and claim that they were real. Would others have the burden of proof or would I?

I've read his posts on FR and I can understand why he was banned from this site.

The quickest way to stop Smith is to ignore him.
