Now I see the scar on the right leg.
Personally I’m not sure it’s a scar. It could be nothing more than a shadow from the angle that the picture is taken or the way the muscle pulls the flesh when it is taught. jmo.

He doesn’t have any muscles-what we’re seeing is bone .
His golf club looks sturdier.
His past ( and/or present ) use of street drugs and the reports of unprotected homosexual behavior certainly
put him at risk for Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS.
He’s never looked particularly healthy , but, he definitely appears to have lost weight.
Maybe the reason he only works a 3 hour day is due to lack of stamina and physical weakness.
The strange marks on his head may be the ports where they pump in the air.
