What would the Judge’s decision if it had been a “white persons night” at the bar with the same details. If different, why?

"The guys are paying for girls to party. I don't think that's fair," Den Hollander said.

If he wants to go to a bar without women, there are such places, I’m told.

No, "Den," the guys are paying to party with girls. They don't want to "party" with just each other. You seem to lack an intuitive understanding of this concept ...

And on what planet has this guy been living on his entire life? It surely isn’t Earth.

Okay, I understand the ruling - businesses have a right to create promotions, etc. But I guarantee you that if the bars were charging WOMEN more, the NOW gang would be suing for sex discrimination, and probably would win. So I am disturbed a bit by the double-standard...

This explains the pay discrepancies. Men need more beer money.

For an “anti-feminist lawyer”, this guy is really missing the value of discounts to try to get hot chicks into bars filled with guys who otherwise would be standing around looking stupid talking to each other.

How did we get to the point that a judge has to decide this for us?

Now ask the judge why only men have to register for the draft.

Looking back on my dating days, if I remember right, I don’t think that I minded much.

What a moron. If the guys are paying for anything, they're paying for the girls to show up in greater numbers than at regular prices.

The lower prices attract more women. More women attract more men, who want to be there because there are more women than usual, etc., etc.

Getting women liquored up on free drinks is not sexist to men!?!?!?

No kidding!

Creating a target rich environment by giving away product at a discount price to women, while charging full price to men seeking out said target rich environment is NOT sexist to men, it is a good business strategy!

He needs to unleash his inner woman and demand the discount.

"The guys are paying for girls to party. I don't think that's fair,"

I hear lefties using that type of reasoning all the time, about other subjects of course.
