What would the Judge’s decision if it had been a “white persons night” at the bar with the same details. If different, why?

Identity politics only mean something if it helps Democrats.

San Diego stopped referring to "minorities" when white people became a minority there.

Well, men and women are attracted to each other in a sexual and romantic manner. Men, particularly young men, like bars filled with women because they get the opportunity to approach women when otherwise they would not. Bars, to promote thier business, have ladies nights which attract both men and women. Race is irrelevant to that.
