I'll bet someone could help her look quite classy but they probably wouldn't have access due to some ethnic qualification they may not possess. Seriously, I think what she wears has some Afro-centric pedigree which would include the tent-like, simple designs rather than elegent lines and materials in colors that could accentuate her features in a much more feminine way.
I've seen black women dressed up and she looks pre-burkha or something by comparison.

Under the street lamps at the end of Circuit Avenue in Oak Bluffs, a bunch of people hung on the corners while President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama dined inside at The Sweet Life Café.

I didn’t know.
Here is what I know now. The restaurant serves a contemporary French American cuisine with an accent on local catches and produce. Executive Chef Scott Ehrlich masterfully combines flavors and textures that subtly surprise and please without overpowering the senses.

While Michelle's is downright hideous, you can tell she (or her fashion consultants) were going for a dinner party look - hair pulled back, cocktail dress, huge earrings, small purse.
Zero, on the other hand, looks like he's dressed to grab a few beers with the boys.
She wore the table cloth out of the restaurant? Did she have some sort of “accident”?
