I know someone who got on the gold paint. Went from a semi-intelligent, funny as hell young man to a gibbering idiot within months.
I always figured it was just the propellant.
Is there something about the gold pigment that enhances the “experience” ?
Here’s this guy’s failed rehabilitation (in hindsight) story, he says he was doing fine until he got turned on to it, and the rest is internet history.

Nothing but optimism there in November 2009, and by February 2010 he was in the bag again.
I don’t know what the allure is. What was sad about the guy I know is...he had it made. His parents had left him lakeside property that was paid for. The guy was just slap hilarious to hang around before he lost his mind. Had women hanging off him.
I just didn’t get it.
He should have used Goldline

That’s Anthony Weiner’s arch nemesis.
LOL! Hi Daff.
Goldface PING!
Low budget way to become the man with the golden chin.
When I was a kid growing up our family owned a rubber molding business. I remember using toluene to make the bonded rubber expand and release off of metal stampings it was bonded to if they were scrap. To this day I can’t smell the stuff, the shop could be filled with it and I wouldn’t notice, it’s quite nasty.
Don’t ever get it in your eyes either, it feels like Mike Tyson threw three haymakers into it after a few seconds. We use to have the stuff in 55 gallon drums, you knew it was time to stop when the room started to spin, then you had to step out to get some fresh air.
That guy must have a cast-iron constitution. Imagine how long he might have lived if he hadn’t poisoned himself. He’ll probably only live a few more years at best.
Get that guy back to rehab as fast as he can go. He looks as if he’s deteriorating fast.
It's a shame, really.
