Okay, just so everyone has it straight; 1. Did you contact a mod to pull the thread? 2. Did you correspond with the mod? 3. Why didn't you ask them to close you account? 4. Are you, or were you high or drunk at the time? 5. Are you sober now?
6. Why are you still here to answer any of the questions or comments posted?
To be removed, just never answer anything or post anything! See how easy self termination is? Even the Health Care death councils/boards/teams love a compliant, willing subject. They are not getting paid much and are in this for the volume so pipe down and move along. Termination is not a time to lolly gag! Just leave.

Mind you, this is just a scientific WAG, but based on the above butchery of the King’s English I’m guessing that >>alcohol<< is involved here.
As with many hasty decisions involving alcohol, it might be best to reconsider in the morning, when you’re sober. Assuming of course that you stop drinking heavily before then.
On the bright side: whether you opus or not, this foggy decision won’t result in either jail time or unplanned children. :-)
