Does anyone have any knowledge of what the thinking at netflix is, in regards to USPS's losses, their threat to cut Saturday feliveries, and possible postage tate hiles?
Is Netflix taking this as a wake-up call to start hot footing their efforts to move more of their content onto their online 'Watch Instantly' libraries, and away from their DVD delivery service?
IMO they really need to develop this method with all due speed. And not just because I prefer my content from online, but because it may soon be their best, if not only option that they can reasonably profit from....Again,,,IMO.
But it sure would be good to know that they are going to be stepping up their efforts to present more new content for online viewing.
I always love it when the people who make the most noise about spelling/grammar/typing errors make one (or more) themselves. It's OR and CORRECTLY, genius.
Bada ping! Netflix is my "cable TV". I watch pretty much what I want when I want. The Netflix Instant is just nice extra gravy. Great service.
If they stop Saturday feliveries, then Netflix would profit because their customers would be able to watch fewer movies per month.
To all of the people who cannot spell or use reasonable grammar,
Most everyone will excuse the occasional typo, but when they are frequent you appear to be ignorant and therefore not worthy of serious consideration. Especially, do not try to defend your inability to spell correctly just overcome it.
Most computers come equipped with programs like Spell check and other software to help with spelling and grammar. USE IT! At least take the time to proofread before posting.
The exception to this is when one is trying to be humorous, and I’m being series about this.
“Does anybody here speak Jive?”
I hope so, because with out Sat deliveries, or if they cut back even more, I will have a gap in my weekends without any DVDs to watch!
Seriously, I hope they go to all instant play. I think though, that a lot of it has to do with copy rights and other legal BS.
I’m honestly not too worried about it. I use Netflix and have for about three years. They always seem to be ahead of the curve.
Not spelling, due to typos, I am sure, hardly compares with your loud mouth rudeness. Grow up, the guy made some typos, we all do at one time or another, except maybe you, for you seem to be absolutely perfect, a perfect a**hole that is. .
You’re not a big believer in proofreading your posts, are you? lol :~)
She said “puss.” He he, he he.
No closed captioning on the ‘watch instantly’ netflix, at least that is what I have found. Wish that was different.
Most times it’s stream of thought and..Bam!...on the ‘Post’ button. Sure, I make typos, but It’s not really tomes of the ages being written here...Besides, I’ve seen plenty of typos in the news, by “professional” journalist, who *have* actual people and editors proofread their copy, and still they get printed. If I have a point to be made, that needs to be precise. I’ll make it.
Don’t think Obama hangs..but enough of his MSM thralls do. >Bo)
But wait! Pelosi does! Maybe she can skat some jive for ya like the old lady on the plane from ‘Airport’. She’s sown with it..like Other Peoples Money.
I think they’re changing that, and will/are offering it.
That would be most helpful for me and my failing hearing. By the way, didn’t mind your typos at all. Reminded me of my husband’s writings. He always thinks faster than he can write it down, so he has creative spellings and phrases.
It isn’t “their” content.
You gonna eat your tots?
Point taken. But deals are being cut, and content is being posted. 50 million a year in extra postage costs would cover a lot of content usage fees...Just sayin.
