Aren’t the buffoons in the Senate loading Kagan’s fat ass onto the Supreme Court tomorrow?

The defense team for Obama have stipulated that producing a long form birth certificate is unnecessary and would result in undue embarrassment to the President. Not many have speculated on what the basis of that embarrassment might be, however I tender yet another theory:

A recent article at Information Week accused the administration of funding the training of 3,000 high tech workers OVERSEAS! This elicited howls of protest from people posting comments including this jewel from a defender:

# sray71101 commented on Aug 4, 2010 1:50:42 PM The whole people of America have made Obama, their President. And Obama since his stepping into his great office has been doing her best. No Head of a Government has ever earned the praise of all the critics. But Obama, has calmly received all criticisms ,and is steadily functioning the best of his capacity.

I draw your attention to the pronoun "her" which has been used to describe our President! Could it be that there is far more about Obama than we ever imagined??!!

People laugh about WND and Farrah being sensational focused, but they are like a dog after a bone. Totally relentlessly on top of this from day 1.

This is getting real interesting. It is however incredible that it has taken almost 2 years to get to this point.

Obozo is going down. The question is when and who will be sucked down with him in the vortex he draws. My prayer is that the Dem will be so discredited that they will never again offer a credible political front in the U.S.

There will be many Traitors who must be tried, convicted, sentenced and punished.

In exchange for diverting these cases from going anywhere Obama probably made a deal with her to get her nominated into the SCOTUS.

Not quite new news but I have noticed it didn’t get much traction due to other “timely” events.

Perhaps its due for a revival of interest.

Great gobs of goose grease..
The scope of the conspiracy to pull this off would have to be beberific...
I thought Kagan have very little stuff to vet..
If so, her cases would have to be number one on that list..
Unless the republicans didn't vet her AT ALL...........

Maybe ALL the republican Senators ARE MORONS... -or- complicit(gofers)..

Any Republican who votes to confirm Kagan does not deserve to be re-elected. If pubblies read what is posted (threads and comments) on FR, they’d be a lot more savvy about what they are doing by virtue of their vote. May God help them to make the correct (common sense and love of their nation) decision.

“A simple search of the high court’s own website reveals Kagan’s name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.”

Nine times, instead of simply showing the bc a single time.

How much taxpayer money has been spent on covering-up for the fraud known as Obama?

This story is a little bit of a tempest, actually. It seems to take advantage of those who don’t know what the role of the Solicitor General is.

Once BO was sworn into office he was represented by government lawyers, and the Solicitor General is the attorney who is “of record” in the govt’s SCOTUS cases. Of course, the Solicitor General is appointed by the sitting POTUS.

Her name is probably on dozens of cases at the Supreme Court, certainly any briefs filed there by the government during her term as SG. Her role in the eligibility suits isn’t quite like Bauer’s was before he became WH counsel, although I would bet her office coordinated with him.

Did WorldNetDaily just now find out that Kagan was Solicitor General? They’re getting a bit behind the curve.

OZero is setting the stage for the final act of him becoming a dictator and the GOP is going along with it.

This is not going to end well.

Treason and tyranny; follow the power and follow the money; then find and prosecute the traitors. Plot thickens and the country is destroyed and your freedom is gone. Add their Death Panels and then you have Germany 1933.
