This is not good? Well thank you so much for your illuminating post, erh, poach.
What does that mean?
This is not good please delete it?
are you the president of the company that scammed this fella?
There are already 3 or 4 excellent responses to this post, so I would say this actually an excellent thread.
Once I sent flowers to a gal in the hospital. She checked out before they were delivered and Proflowers sent a new bouquet to her at her home at no extra charge.
Really, this is libelous.
LOL
Who is that other dork? (Plse dlt not good?)
that's what got me in this "deal".
you must’ve got the ones i ordered!! ;)

Two months after the FTD suit was filed, two law firms filed a class action lawsuit claiming that ProFlowers used deceptive marketing, also targeting the company’s freshness claims. ProFlowers called it a copycat of the FTD lawsuit. It was settled with ProFlowers not admitting any wrongdoing, but offering $10 store credits to the millions of customers in the class, paying $250,000 in attorneys’ fees, and “altering its advertising”.[3]
Florist advocacy groups continue to take umbrage at ProFlowers’ marketing which disparages the role of the local florist, particularly since ProFlowers itself uses local florists to fulfill its same-day, late next-day and Sunday delivery orders.
In September 2009 a class action lawsuit was filed against Provide-Commerce, the owner of ProFlowers and Encore Marketing the owner of Easy Saver, regarding the practices detailed in the Easy Saver offer detailed below.[4]
>>>guess I’m a little late to this party.
Yes, they are a rip-off. Found that out the hard way. Shipping is almost as much as the flowers.
I got scammed on the free delivery fee, but finally got that monthly fee stopped.

live and learn, I guess.
I, for one, won’t use them again.
A similar thing happened to me by Gevalia coffee web site. I did have a membership with Gevalia and they provided “Reservation Rewards” with my debit card account #. This is what I did...after I called the 800 # on my bank statement and learned how Reservation Rewards got my debit card account #.
Bottom line...you may need to cancel your account and establish a new account...I know this is a big hassle but this may be the only way to stop the charge on your account.
Step 1: My message to Gevalia via their online customer service contact.
I want you to provide me with a Gevalia email address that I can attach scanned documentation that will support my claim of fraudulent activity that you perpetuated against me. On April 10, 2009 you (Gevalia.com) fraudulently authorized Reservation Rewards to establish a membership in my name and provided them with my debit card account number. This was done WITHOUT my authorization and you have caused me a major inconvenience. I had to cancel my debt card account.
Step 2: Email message sent to Reservation Rewards & Gevalia
April 18, 2009
Reservation Rewards Member #: xxxx
Gevalia Account Number xxxx
On April 10, 2009 Gevalia.com fraudulently authorized Reservation Rewards to establish a membership in my name and provided Reservation Rewards with my debit card account number xxx. This was done WITHOUT my authorization and this has caused me a major inconvenience. I had to cancel my debt card account, make a personal visit to my bank and order a new debit card which I must wait up to ten (10) business days to receive.
How do I know Gevalia authorized this fraudulent transaction?
I called 800-xxx-xxxx (Reservation Rewards) that appeared on my bank statement and asked them about the $12.00 charge on my account. They informed me that Gevalia.com authorized the establishment of a new membership in my name and provided Reservation Rewards my debit card account number, which allows Reservation Rewards to charge a monthly fee of $12.00 for the membership. I DID NOT authorize Gevalia or anybody else to set up this membership.
Attached are scanned documents that show the fraudulent transaction that you (Gevalia.com) authorized on my debit card account.
1. Scanned copy of my bank account statement that shows the $12.00 Reservation Rewards charge on April 10, 2009 on my bank account. The actual transaction date was April 11, 2009.
2. Scanned copy of the email I received on April 11, 2009 from Reservation Rewards informing me of my membership.
3. Scanned copy of the email I received on April 11, 2009 confirming the cancellation of the Reservation Rewards membership. I called the 800 number on my statement and cancelled the membership as soon as I saw this transaction on my bank account.
My statement sent to Gevalia I expect Gevalia to 1) apologize for your actions of fraudulently authorizing Reservation Rewards to establish this membership WITHOUT my approval and providing them with my debit account number WITHOUT my approval and 2) send me a check for $12.00 to pay for the fraudulent activity that you did WITHOUT my approval.
Well since everyone has beat me to all of the important observations and comments .. I will make a less than important one: There is No Such word as .. Reoccuring .. so there!
When I clicked on the link on the post, it only looped right back to the post. There was nothing else there. So perhaps it was fixed up after I was there, but there was no story when I tried to see what it was about.
I finally got my refund.
Proflowers sent wilted cr*ppy flowers on Mothers Day.
No refunds. Extremely expensive.
Total scam operation.
