JUDGE: Having considered the trial evidence and the arguments of counsel, the court pursuant to FRCP 52(a) finds that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional and that its enforcement must be enjoined.
That BAD ruling must not stand.
A gay man is free to marry a woman, just like a straight man.

It was reported on the radio this morning that the judge is a homosexual.
Why do we even bother having elections anymore?

IOW the judge made a legal determination that homosexuals are “born that way”.

Then the outcome was a forgone conclusion. The judge should have rightfully recused the case. The ruling on equal protection and due process? Activist judges need to be impeached and removed.
