I was just called by Voter Roll Call about the upcoming elections. The questions ONLY pertained to corporations and their influence in elections.
It was an automated voice and they asked questions with corresponding numbers for the answer.
1 Are you a registered voter?
2 How likely are you to vote?
3 Do corporations have too much influence in elections?
4 Do lobbyists have too much influence in Washington?
5 Which statement is true?
a)I am more likely to vote for someone that listens to lobbyists?
b) I am more likely to vote for someone that doesn't listen to lobbyists.
Number 5 is paraphrased as by this time I was TICKED! I hung up on them.
This nations current problems are NOT corporations or lobbyists! It the socialist/commie/marxists in DC!
Ok. So it wasn’t an “honest” survey, it’s only for a soundbite.
Too bad you didn’t hang on to the end so you could figure out which pol was sponsoring it.
> Ok. So it wasnt an honest survey, its only for a soundbite.
That would be my guess.
The questions were of the type, “Answer yes or no. Have you stopped beating your wife, yet?”
I thought of that after I hung up but the last question had no good choice and I wasn’t giving them an answer that I didn’t agree with. Number 5 isn’t exactly what they asked. It was more convoluted and smeared corporations. It sounded like this was about the Supreme Court ruling. I wasn’t giving them ammo to twist things with.
Yeah. They were.
Dear Friends, One of my most important tasks as a Congressman is to listen to the constituents that I represent. I want to hear your opinion on the following issues. Please take a few minutes of your time to fill out this survey.

I got the survey call. I answered other for ethnicity due to the fact they did not have a selection for American. Next question was what was I registered as. I answered Independent. Next thing I heard was the computer voice saying thank you and hung up. Push Poll and I did not answer to meet the demographic they were polling for so my opinion did not matter.
You're right though that they were looking for specific answers.
I have been getting robo calls for the last 2 weeks and I found out if you hang up on them, they call the next day...so I finally picked up the phone put it down on the bed and walked away.....haven’t been called since...I have a phone for my convience, not the other guy making the call...I danced a little jig out of the bedroom....and smiled....
I may answer again but if it's a robocall I'll hangup on it.
