San Antonio police Saturday night arrested a 38 year old teacher in the Northside ISD and charged her with engaging in sexual activity with a 12 year old boy.
An arrest warrant obtained by 1200 WOAI news claims that Lucinda Caldwell, 38, is a fifth grade teacher at Cable Elementary School on Pinn Road.
The affidavit claims Caldwell picked up the boy at his far west side home Friday night and drove to a hotel, where the sexual contact allegedly took place.
But when she tried to return the youngster to his home early Saturday, his dad was waiting, so she drove off and drove into Medina County, where police there arrested her and rescued the boy.
It is not known whether the boy is a student of Caldwell's, or whether he attends Cable Elementary School. Caldwell is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. A spokesman at the Bexar County Jail said he didn't have information on whether bond had been set.
Officials didn't say how the contact between the boy and the teacher was made, because school is not in session, or whether the two had some sort of ongoing relationship.

Right here. Clearly stated that barring demonstrable evidence showing harm, that sex between a 38 year woman and a 12 year old boy is ok. Laws, logic, reason, history, consent, informed consent all ignored for false standard namely that of "proof of harm". When proof of harm is provided, although it's not a requirement to justify the laws, it's ignored. This can't be considered anything else but a defense of paedophilia...not an effective defense but a defense just the same.
If you're referring to post #59, it wasn't ignored. It was blamed on Jewish guilt®.

Do consider I raised the questions because most males, nearly all cultures, and virtually all of recorded history indicates no “damage” from a young male having willing, not forced sex with a female.

My position is that since the State of Florida has an increased level of sex abuse of children taken into the state custory/system, that the taxpayers are paying for something they find abhorrent - their money is supporting rape rather than perventing it.
What can be done is the central question, but supporting a swarm of goobers in gooberment agencies has been tried and failed.
Perhaps someone here might spend a bit more time trying to find a solution to the issues I raised in good faith, rather than snarking endlessly about my being some sort of pedophile.
Note to the logic impaired, pointing out failures in the present system, identifying failure of government programs, laws which usurp parental authority, etc. are not evidence of pedophilia support.

This is a wild claim. Any sex outside of marriage carries with it emotional harm as well as risk of physical harm.

The parents may or may not have known what was occurring, and deception seems a common human capability.
I wish I had the time to address all their posts, as many are good issues, regardless of their attack motivation.
However, little seems to be productive at this time.
If nothing else, a few questions were raised.
Are you saying that you’ve made a turning point in your posting career? That we can expect more mature posts from you in the future? If so, I’ll be looking forward to seeing your comments on subsequent threads.
These threads regarding adults preying on children and teens are a source of concern to some of us. I would guess that those who were themselves abused feel more than concern. I would guess that they feel pain.

You’re not the worst poster on this thread, but can you see how your comments may reinforce and encourage the attitudes and behaviour of others? Our society is not going in the right direction, and this kind of thread can negatively affect the thinking of some who either read or post here.

A 12 year old is a child. A child cannot willingly have sex as all sex with a child is non-consentual by nature. That makes it rape. Rape is illegal. Raping children is pedophilia. You are defending pedophilia. In the immortal words of a freeper that I can't recall at the moment "this isn't rocket surgery". The idea that a 38 year old woman having sex with a 12 year old isn't going to damage the 12 year old is preposterous...and completely beside the point.
