A thank you and a ((((HUG)))) for your sweet comments on my graphic yesterday. As TCP said, it might be the most moving picture of the year. I agree.

I pinged everybody I know to share it with early, because I knew I would be offline the rest of the day.

(Now, I’m still blowing my nose and wiping my eyes after watching the Glenn Beck “Restoring Honor Rally”. Durned allergies.)

a good way to put it.

I had to miss almost all of the rally! (sad face)
I only saw Sarah’s speech where she introduced the 3 war heros.
I am really hoping that C-SPAN does a replay today or tonight.
I checked at 1pm and something else was on.

I suppose C-SPAN has a schedule on-line I could look at. So far, I’m too tired and/or lazy to look for it.

So much of it touched my heart, deeply:

The time he said he was “WAITING for a George Washington to come forward to restore our country. Maybe it’s someone right here! Maybe it’s an 8 year old boy, here with his parents.” (Something like that.)

Then, when he said again, as he said yesterday on his show: “God isn’t on our side. WE MUST GET ON GOD’S SIDE!”

And, then the bagpipes playing Amazing Grace! Not a dry eye in MY place! What a spiritually fulfilling three hours!

I have read on one of the forums, that CSPAN’s comments are filled with hatred - same as DU. Too bad they didn’t watch it, as it was all based on “Faith, Hope and Charity”.

Indeed...No politics..no hatred..I won’t read other sites and their hateful comments..
I have bever beeen a Beck fan..but watched some of his history lessons and started warming up.

I too watched the Restoring Honor Rally and it was so incredibly moving!! Tears flowed at different times and goose bumps happened!! It was truly a “WOW” almost 3 hours!!

I tried the C-SPAN website and it didn’t load right with my dial-up. The jumble that did load didn’t have the rally on it. I will stay up really late if it’s on tonight. I want to see the entire rally.
