FORMER VP AL GORE has been cleared of any sexual misconduct by Portland Oregon, police.

Portland investigators reopened the case after the ENQUIRER reported allegations made by masseuse Molly Haggerty in 2006.

Due to a credible lack of evidence, the Portland Police Bureau says it is not recommending prosecution.

A spokesperson for the Oscar winning/Noble Prize winner issued a statement:

"Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago.

"He respects and appreciates the thorough and professional work of the Portland authorities and is pleased that this matter has now been resolved."

A credible lack of evidence literally means we believed there was no evidence, not that what evidence there was was not believable. no controlling legal authority, so he'll have to go remind himself. He was getting ice tea and wasn't there.
