Packers vs. Jets in the Super Bowl.
To: Perdogg
You’ve got Denver w/about 4 more wins than they are good enough to get — Orton needs to get better or get off the Old No.7 to actually become a journeyman QB.
Bolts also with about 4 fewer wins than they’ll get — actually having a functioning RB this year will make up for not having VJ the alkie around.
Jets about 2 games too many W’s and NE about 2 too less (barf) [sorry I just threw up in my mouth a little].
I sure as hell hope it does not come down to the Jets and Ravens in a championship game. I’m not sure anything legal would be able to keep me awake during that game.
The rest of it looks reasonable.

Who the hell is Perdogg? What's his record, if any, predicting NFL results?
Having said that, I'm not unhappy with where my Broncos are placed. Perdogg has more confidence in them than I can muster (speaking as a Bronco season holder for 33 years).

San Diego will win their division again this year, easily. They'll choke in the playoffs.
Jets vs. Packers in the Super Bowl.

I think you’re right on for The Packers; if anything they’ll do a bit BETTER than you’ve predicted!
Please add me to your ping list if I’m not already on it.

All right Perdogg, I can see you don't know squat about the AFC North. The Browns finished the season with a four game win streak including a December 10 beating of the Steelers, who finished on a losing streak and missed the playoffs. Big Ben Worthlessberger has had his bell rung about ten times too many, and the rest of the team is going down. The Browns are on the upswing after ditching a bunch of prima donnas (Braylan "What--me catch dat ball?" Edwards, K2,) getting a first rate front office (Holmgren) and competent coach (Mangini) for the first time since the team's re-organization. Browns, 8-8; Stillers, 6-10.

Interesting choices.
I was going to say there is no way Dallas wins 12, but then I thought about the rest of their division. They might.
Bold pick with Indy only winning 10. That would be the first time in years they haven’t won 12 games. I’m not sure that streak is over yet. I wonder if this is the year Houston finally breaks out.
I think Oakland might win 8 games. They were stout on defense and they have a legitimate running game. Without Russell dragging them down they might manage some offense.
I think the Falcons may upset New Orleans (yes, I’m a homer). They played them close both games last year and I think the Super Bowl hangover will cause some problems in the Big Easy.

Tampa Bay will never win 6 games. Maybe 2 or 3...maybe.

This is the ping list from last year’s NFL picks. I don’t want to create ulcers for anyone, soooo, I’ll ping you a couple of times but will stop if you don’t make any picks. Except for Cleveland, Big Ol, Bender2 and KevinDavis. You guys were the first of the bunch, so you get pinged and you’re stuck on the list forever.

Interesting picks. I see you think the Giants bottoming out at the end of last year was more than just a fluke. I don’t think the Cardinals will drop as far as you do, and the Rams would surprise me if they made 8-8.

I think the Bengals have a good team assembled this year and could go at least 10-6, taking the division.

Respectfully, you are seriously underestimating the G-men. 10-6 with one playoff win. Too banged up on D too go all the way.

I will bet real money the Cowboys won’t make it to the SB.
They tend to choke and as long as they have Bum Phillips’ child as their coach they won’t make it past round 1 of the playoffs.
He will never be 1/4 the coach his dad was and he will never be in, much less win, a SB.
