To answer your question, the reason a woman would do something like this is to garner attention that they need or crave. Unfortunately, just as their need for attention is skewed, so is their thinking that sexual attention is superior to all else.

You seem to assume that she purchased a garment that didn’t fit by about 5 sizes, which is most unlikely, and would be quite painful to wear.
