It's always that the judges have been bought off or intimidated, or that everyone, including significant parts of the military, are corrupt, or that the next stupid case finally has the magic key, or that anyone who disagrees is an Obot. No matter how many cases and approaches fail without ever coming within sniffing distance of a snowball's chance in heck, it's always someone else’s fault. The one thing you will never consider is that this whole birther thing is a castle built on sinking sand, which it is. You have my pity, and I hope you will be able to reconcile yourself to its inevitable total and complete failure.
I've said repeatedly that if one wants to do something rational, one should try and pass laws at the state level for how a candidate's place on the ballot is certified. I don't think that will ultimately yield the result the birthers want, because I think the evidence is pretty clear that Obama was born in Hawaii and no court is ever going to back the two-citizen parent thing, but give it a shot. I have not, and will not, mock anyone trying to do that, as it comports with our legal system and is a sane thing to do.
It would actually be a conservative thing to do. Backing Orly's insane rants is not.

And you, of course, are able to judge everyone's thinking ability. I am "deeply irrational." I can assure you that you didn't get a higher score than I did on that SAT test for "analytical reasoning" we all used to take. You think you know what I, or we, all want; and so it must be so.
But really, you don't have a clue. I just want a legal resolution to the issue. I have written to the one Supreme Court Justice whose homes I have visited on a number of occasions, that I thought they should take a case and rule that since Obama had at least one parent who was a US citizen that he was a natural born citizen under the meaning of the Constitution.
It's not about Obama. It's about the rule of law in this country.
