Investigators later determined that Boyce accidentally had shot himself when he pulled a handgun out of his waistband Poor Brandon. I bet he thought he was lookin tough when he went to pull that gun.

I am aware of an incident in which the ‘subject’ was observed making an apparent hand to hand narcotics transaction by PO’s.
They went to question him. When he saw the PO’s he ran. His ‘low rider’ pants fell to his ankles and he tripped, fell and hit the ground. When he hit the ground, the pistol in his waistband discharged. When the gun discharged it blew off some portion of his testes.
Once he gave his name he was found to be a convicted felon. He was then charged with distribution, evading arrest, and felon in possession of a firearm.
Some days it does not pay to get out of bed.
