I hope you get your computer problems fixed......I finally got a new modem at the Cable provider’s..

LOL..so cute, LUV..My plans need that puppy’s expertise.
I have definitely looked more like the kitty fooling with computer connections for two days.
Yes, I have to go in 3 weeks for some other testing and sizing of the lens implant, then on Oct 7th he’ll take the cataract out. I flunked their glare test, YAHOO! Had the other one out in 2001. One less headache to try and navigate under 0’nazicare. Hubby plans on getting his 2nd shoulder scoped and the arthritis removed before the changes too. 1st one did well. This will take care of the major stuff that we know of.
Are you having connection problems, too? I can’t KEEP mine
connected. I have a wireless router and it keeps going on
and off...over and over. And it’s brand new! I get so annoyed!
Hope you got yours solved. I am not sure what to do after
getting a new modem AND the new router. *sigh*

Yes...and the cable tech said it showed I was not connected.
My router died months ago and I have not replaced it because I have a very long cable connection that I used..I could still use my wireless keyboard and mouse I found...and it did not lose my connection often as my router did..but it is unsightly. I am going to get a new router and suffer with disconnects again like you do!

The cable tech told me I had computer problems if the new router did not work. It did not work until I directly put the cable from the wall into the router...I had some anxious hours...brainstorming..I did have main cable going through a surge protector. Who knows..That could have been the problem.
I also took all the old slow desk top connections away..It’s going to the garage. I absolutely cannot use it as sitting REALLY hurts.
I want another laptop to cure my fear of doing without..LOL
I need a lighter one to travel with anyway..(she rationalizes)
LOL..Just what I needed...They have finally stopped the chewing on cords..drapery, cable or otherwise. I used to put something over my laptop cords to hide them from Rahkie.

That is sooooooooooo funny!! Thank you! I was always like the kitty with the yo-yo, not the puppy! LOL!
It is very aggravating. One time it works and the next time it doesn’t. It even affects my email, etc. And it won’t let me cut it off the usual way...(like I do every night) I have to cut it off like rebooting.
My son is working in Alcoa TN this week and is very tied up. I may let him take it to his home so he can work on it when he can. He says it sounds like a virus. Breaks my heart. I will be lost without it.
As you know, I know very little about the works of the computer...LOL! All I know is how to type and use them!! Several years ago I did have a virus and I do recognize that!! But I just can’t fix it!
I did get some work done today in my den and kitchen though. I needed to do some things anyway but not this way!
See you and everybody when I can. (While I was typing this, the screen flashed off and on and it flipped over to email.) Thats real crazy!! I better finish up before I lose it again!
