Did you post a hot link? Just a thought.
The owner of the graphic replaces the graphic if you hot link it. Be happy that it wasn’t porn. To discourage hot linking, they sometimes do that.

A hot link is when you link to the original graphic instead of downloading it and then uploading it to your own server.
If you check out some of the old threads (2004, etc), you will either see images missisng or replaced by a “stolen from XXXX” graphic.
I was in a hurry last week and posted a hot link. I think it is still there but it could disappear.
