I’d never buy a new car.
Great advice!!!
I go to Big Lots a lot.
“Id never buy a new car.”
I buy cars off lease.
a wedding present...new clothes for an unexpected event...something breaks down and you need to repace it.....
so we have to save at all the other times.....
garage sales and Goodwill......there really are bargains out there....
even my liberal dtr ( good person and nice however....lol) shops once in a while at Goodwill...she has a nice figure and finds lots of great second hand dresses....

Antique Mall Browsers.. yeah that’s the term.
Some of these they’re right, others they’re just plain wrong. Don’t buy used IKEA furniture, it’s disposable and doesn’t last. Used toys and games have a similar problem, kids tend to be pretty rough on toys and lose parts of games. Never buy a “used” pet, you have no idea what the previous owners have trained into it. Craft supplies it all depends on if it’s a one off project (go ahead and buy used) or you’re a crafter (buy new, you’ll use it up on your own). Way too many consumer electronics have unreplacable batteries which lose a good chunk of their charge holding ability every year, buying used to get you something basically useful.
I just paid $290 for a factory refurbished notebook computer that would have cost me $700 otherwise. The vendor offered a 3-year warranty and provided some great support as well.
Golf clubs
They forgot underwear. Nothing like that “broken in” feeling.
me too most recently got an infinti M35x that 3 years ago was $50K for $20K that still has 35000 miles and 3 years on the warranty
I can tell, Mrs. Romance is one lucky woman. lol
I wouldn’t recommend trying this with toilet paper. Even on the top rack in the dishwasher it doesn’t last more than two or three uses.
Anything that flies or floats.
In fact, don’t buy them, rent them.
Some of those are just plain goofy.
No. Unlike most secondhand goods, these get more expensive every time they are bought.
Which is just about everything. Heh.
