Alteration of an official government document is the felony crime of forgery. Since the state of Hawaii has confirmed Barack Hussein Obama’s birth in that state, if the information on the COLB is incorrect and was altered, its a crime.

Using that forged Obama COLB as identification in a way to obtain services or a job would be fraud. Placing a forged and flawed facsimile of a COLB on the net to persuade the masses that Obama was born in Hawaii is not a crime, and lying online is not a crime. In Obama's case, it should be.

It’s not just the pile of leis around BHO Sr.’s neck that’s weird. The exposure of his face is totally out of value with the exposure of the faces of the black guys in front of him and even especially of the black guy in the sailor hat, third from the left: his face and BHO’s face should match exactly in detail and exposure if they were in the original picture at the same time. BHO Sr.’s face is seriously overexposed. It really looks as if his face came from another picture.

Proportionally, it is too high for its length and width, and the handle is in the wrong place.

Its shaped more like a vintage cosmetic or train case, however its owner appears to be a man so I'm guessing it is a case for some kind of equipment.
