Using that forged Obama COLB as identification in a way to obtain services or a job would be fraud. Placing a forged and flawed facsimile of a COLB on the net to persuade the masses that Obama was born in Hawaii is not a crime, and lying online is not a crime. In Obama’s case, it should be.
