Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

Another giveway. The cert number does not match FC and the Father’s place of birth is a CONTINENT not a COUNTRY. Pure bunk in my IHMO.

Possession, and you won’t find a better scan of an actual COLB anywhere else.
Yes, I know the Cert No. is 641 and not 640. This is literally a “one-off.”
The image now has disclaimers on it, just in case more folks think it’s Bambi’s actual COLB.
Now, if people would only watch my videos, they would know the answers to the questions they are asking.
Nobody said it was an original. All anyone claimed was that it was an officially certified document by the state that is sufficient to prove US birth before any court or federal agency.

This along with Tim Adams seems to open the door for an investigation if nothing else to investigate Hawaii Employees...I can't find out who is responsible for that, usually it is an Inspector General, I see Hawaii has an Ombudsman and an Ethics Committee(weak) and an Attorney General, can't find and Inspector General and these others don't seem to have direct responsibility for investigating employees misconduct which has a lower bar for an investigation than pure criminal inv. Anyone have any info? I realize the US Inspector General could open an Investigation on Obama as a federal employee but that seems like it won't happen.

The cert number on FC doesn’t belong to Obama. The DOH has refused to identify that number or who it really belongs to, even though they have statutory authority to do so.

Maybe you can take some of that rage and focus it on the ones who are the instigators of this colossal fraud.

This is a YOUTUBE video title intended to hook Youtubers. The real title is "Blue Hawaii: Caught red-handed," and i'm deeply regretting not using that title instead, as well as not including the COLB form. The focus of the video is not about any piece of paper, but the information on it - which is bogus no matter what the medium. Even if it was engraved in stone, it still would be bogus.
Unfortunately, I cannot disclose my sources right now. Suffice to say, I have people doing some undercover work for me.
