Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

The more I think about it, the more I realize we aren't talking about long time span here. All of this came at the peak of when these investigations were going on, and they didn't hit at once, most of these came out within a six month period right around the election. For the Anonymous/SA types, they play their games when the buzz is the highest.

I have read the WND articles, and I dont see where the hospital says the BC is no good...They also dont show any comparative hospital BC’s. By now you should know better than to parse words around Freepers...
Just playing skeptic again because someone has to... How would a man from another country filling out paperwork at a hospital while his son is being born, know about US protocol for racial classification? From his perspective, if he were from Kenya, it could be that their way of classifying these things would be native Africans versus European. So filling out African would make sense. What needs to be found is not what others in Hawaii filled out as race, but from the perspective of the Father, what someone from Africa would list in that circumstance.
You should then read the half dozen or other posts I made in this thread then where all I talk about is the document. The only reason the source was brought up in that particular comment was in response to the other comment.

What other comment?? I haven’t commented on the source of the Kenyan COLB. It seems you’re a little insecure about his document and trying throw a lot of mud at the wall to see if anything sticks.
WND sources in Kenya described the Smith document as a clever forgery ...
But when WND sources in Kenya contacted Coast Provincial General Hospital, no administrator would verify the authenticity of the document.
Of course, I'm sure your next comment will be to play semantics games because I used the term 'no good' while WND uses 'clever forgery', but I expect that when people really 'hope for change' they buy anything.
I think your post illustrates why the regime is still hell bent on achieving the Joker's agenda which is really someone Else's agenda since he is a candidate/sock puppet only and really has no managerial experience other than reading a prompter.

Really, I see the word “Smith’s document” over and over. You have to look at the whole picture, just like when we are skeptical about Obama’s COLB, part of the skepticism arises because the source is FactCheck.org- a liberal rag.
This was 1961, I doubt he was filling it out on a computer with a drop-down menu of items to select from. When filling out a paper form, nothing would stop him from writing Martian if he so felt.
Interesting how that is written. “No adminstrator would verify the authenticity of the document.” This doesn’t mean that the document is fake. No administrator has verified the authenticity of Obama’s alleged COLB, yet several people included LMSM reporters seem to think it’s real. Not verifying the authenticity of something still leaves it to be verified.
Lets get real here you just saw a video that shows how Hawaii Officials parsed words to give false impressions and you are trying to say that refusal to authenticate a document is the same as saying it is bad. The "clever forgery" is an opinion not a statement of fact.(once again worthless, equal to my unnamed sources saying Obamas COLB is bad and Smiths BC is good, opinion not fact.) So then since Hawaii wont authenticate Obamas COLB and neither will Kapiolani Hospital, then his COLB and BC are bad according to your "theory". THIS IS NOT SEMANTICS IT IS ACCURACY.

In 1961 "African" was not a race standard per the practices that has been shown before on FR. I would expect that those standards were adhered to by the state of Hawaii who should have corrected Obama Sr. However, it is highly unlikely that a long form Hawaiian birth certificate exists for Obama.
