Sometime between October 31, 2008, and July 27, 2009, the dates of Health Director Chiyome Fukino's two press releases, Hawaii amended Obama's birth record. A brand-new Certificate of Live Birth (not Certification of Live Birth) was issued to him.
The DOH Director decides what goes in or gets taken out of birth records. She went on record as saying that "President Obama posted a copy of his certificate on his campaign website" even though she has refused to authenticate it for the past two years. This created a conundrum that could only be resolved by changing Obama's birth records to match what is in that online copy - which is a stone-cold forgery, and Fukino knows it!
That forged COLB also has its origin within the DOH: watch the video to find out the shocking truth as to whose COLB was used for the forgery.
You'll also realize that you've been staring at a forgery this whole time and not realizing that the most obvious sign of it was right there under your noses.
Not only did Obama get a new birth certificate, the certificate itself was designed with him in mind as Rev. 10/08 - coincidentally, the date of Fukino's first press release (10/31/08). Hawaii ditched the old Certification of Live Birth and switched to a hybrid form called a “Certificate of Live Birth” - formerly the name of the long-form birth certificate.

We'll have to agree to disagree about my questions being a peripheral issue. "How, where, and when" someone obtained a document are important to establish the authenticity of the document itself.
We have only Smith's story to address "how, where, and when." His word is not credible. Even if it were, I'd still want physical proof to corroborate it.
An attorney would advise him to release some physical evidence to establish the fact that he did make a trip to Kenya. The "on the advice of counsel" excuse doesn't fly.
The one thing that makes the Smith Kenyan BC at least somewhat credible is that someone felt the need to come up with pre-emptive fake Kenyan BCs to discredit Smith’s before it was made public. IOW, someone wants very badly for you to think Smith’s is fake. Talk about insecure. At best, we have in Smith’s document something that looks more realistic than Obama’s alleged Hawaiian COLB (and not Polarik’s bizarre ‘lesson’ in this thread).
No arguments from me on that. An image of a document does not prove the document is authentic.
That’s not Smith’s passport stamp. The dates don’t even corroborate Smith’s story.
That is not the same one that's been floated around. The one below shows the form was revised 11/01 and father's race was African while the one at the top of this thread shows 10/08 and the father's race was Black. What's the deal, huh?

The public has been cowed by a familiar technique, ridicule - a cousin of the politics of personal destruction. The regime knows better than to address the facts. Pat Leahy, Michael Chertoff, Clair McCaskill, Barack Obama, all signed a bill to silence the objections to McCain's well-known constitutional eligibility problems - two of them in fact - Sen. Bill 2678 and when that didn't fly, Senate Resolution 511 in 2008. Every senator signed Senate Res. 511. The Leahy McCaskll bill (primary sponsors) only spoke of the half of the Article Section 1, natural born citizen provision stating that a “someone born of two citizen parents is a natural born citizen.” McCain failed the other requirement, having been born on our soil.
Senate Res 511 was cooked up to silence the Republicans, and to take advantage of McCain's well-known feeling of entitlement, for having been shot down in Viet Nam. It may be why Dick Cheney, for whom I previously had enormous respect, failed his legal requirement to the joint session to report the results of the electoral count, to ask every legislator if there were in comments. He appeared to have been interrupted by Nancy Pelosi, but that is not excuse, and she was always part of the conspiracy, having signed at least two forms, for Hawaii and Arizona, attesting to Obama's satisfaction of the natural born citizen requirement (other states did not insist on that clause). That is why Cheney is specifically named in the Kerchner/Apuzzo law suit. That is why the Cheney family will have to explain to his succeeding generations that if their ancestor had done his duty, we would have continued to enjoy the freedoms guranteed citizens by the Constituion while he was in government. If he had spoken up in one of his last acts as President of the Senate, we would not be living in a socialist tyranny (it appears one hand at least was raised when Cheney was supposed to have solicited objections).
The assumption is that if any public person validates the truth of his ineligibility there will be riots. That also probably accounts for the silence of the Levins the Hannities, Hedgecocks, Malkin, Coulter, etc. Perhaps they were directly threatened. Perhaps they, whose livings depend upon their public personna, are afraid for their financial survival? Instead, we will lose our livelihoods, our freedoms, and our ability to defend ourselves for long enough that total government control becomes essential.
Noting that the birth certificate has Barry born on the Island of Hawaii rather than Oahu is interesting, and probably true. But Obama owns the Justice Department. We well never see documents. But documents are a distraction. Learn about our common law definition of natural born citizenship. Very thorough and bright people here on Free Republic have published hundreds of documents by framers explaining clearly why they required that the president be a natural born citizen. The media, who have colluded with the regime by avoiding Obama’s inelibility, keep saying “He doesn't act like he cares about citizens.” He doesn't because he was born an alien, and has the allegiances of an alien.

Read just a few lines from The Venus 12 U.S. 253, at paragraph 289. Chief Justice John Marshal, who studied law at the school whose law school, the first in the U.S. was established at William and Mary by Thomas Jefferson in 1779, and the text was Vattel’s Law of Nations, explains that the president must have been "born on the soil of citizen parents." Read Patlin's quotion from Aristotle's "Politics" to understand that these are concepts distilled from millenia of brillian minds concerned with political leadership. Read framer Dr. David Ramsay's short Dissertation on Becoming a Citizen. The terms which refer to the concept are irrelevant. Ramsay calls natural born citizenship "birthright citizenship." Marshall shows off his French by using the terms used in Vattel's french edition, "Indigene" and Naturales." But they all refer to 'born on the soil of parents (plural, even in English common law, where the King's demand allegiance of everyone, but require jus sanguinis, parents or a father who is a subject. Obama's father was a British subject. So is Obama II.
Some of you are Obots, but some of you have been mislead by propaganda designed to disarm you of the document created by our framers to protect you, The Constitution. The Obots intentionally misdirect you. They point at obscure legal tracts which, if you tried to validate them, would turn into dead ends. They intimidate with legalese which is always designed to redirect you from the truth. John Marshall, Morrison Waite, also a Chief Justice writing in Minor v. Happersett, John Bingham, author of the 14th Amendment, and even Charles Evans Hughes, a chief justice who once tried to evade Article II himself, all confirm the definition. The only true statement is that because a case has never been to the supreme court involving Article II Section 1, the court must confirm the definition. Clarence Thomas had the courage to publicly admit that the court was evading the issue. If they continue to evade it their authority will be further eroded, and Obama will accomplish what FDR attempted, to make the court a tool of the King.
I don't think all those fakes were made to preempt Smith's. I posted a link a long time ago to both Something Awful and 4Chan (Anonymous) where they called the Birth Certificate issue the "IRL hacking opportunity of a lifetime" and started treated trolling and dumping fake stuff as a game just like Anonymous did with Scientology. The one with the red background and shilling seal ended up being tracked back to a Something Awful member. Both sites have threads on playing with the BC issue and Something Awful even has a dedicated messing with Free Republic thread. In other words, there were a lot of groups seeing it as a game to play. (I recently learned even Cracked Magazine's forum has a thread on messing with Birthers.)
That's why it is best our level of scepticism on things we 'hope' are real are just as high, if not higher, than we give to what the President releases.
Kenya used his date format as the country has used two different formats.
I guess that is only if you ignore WND's investigation of the Smith BC and reported that the Hospital in Kenya denied it was real and the form of the Birth Certificate
I would expect the hospital would deny it after the fact. Not much credence there since the thug and Kenyan Prime Minister Raul Odinga would put pressure on them not to verify it. Odinga claims to be the cousin of Barack Obama and who Obama campaigned for in Kenya in 2006. Odinga fomented riots after he lost the Kenyan presidency. So Odinga applying a little pressure on a hospital to clam up would not have been a second thought for him.

2. The hospital provided and several sources also confirmed what a real Kenyan BC looked like by offering comparisons and they are nothing like what Lucas has shown. Check WND, they have a lot of images of this. At that, the only BC anyone ever found that was even close to the one that Lucas provided was a Dominican Republic BC. This wasn’t just the hospital denying, this was also comparing to known real BCs. (ie, give it the same scruteny we give to BO’s COLB).

Given that Pan-African nationalists generally detest the terms "negro" or "black," I don't see why anyone would find is at all surprising that Obama Sr. would check "other" and classify himself as "African."
As you may recall, Smith was ready to submit himself to cross examination in Judge Carter's Federal Court where the government's lawyers would have asked him to where, how, and when he received Obama's Kenyan birth certificate.
please show me a bc provided by the hospital and explain why you would compare a hospital BC to a Government BC? Would they look the same? While you are at it when and to whom did the hospital in Kenya state the Smith BC was no good? thanks rs

Huh? Since when are authentic birth certificates only printed on the day of birth?
Are you telling me that the birth certificate I asked the state to print for me a year ago isn't authentic?

Unless a certain inspector was also playing a “IRL Hacking Event of a Lifetime” game. This is someone who had a history of fraud including spending some time in jail.
It seems far more likely he was just continuing his old patterns instead of suddenly becoming a patriotic hero. (a ‘patriotic hero’ who on his YouTube account and other profiles lists notible heros like Fidel Castro)
