I think this is a world-wide problem. The U.N. should create a consortium of scientific experts to study the problem before it kills millions, primarrily the minorities and the poor from developing nations. They should call the blue ribbon panel the “International petroleum crises consortium” or IPCC. Then we would know for certain that this is a real crisis and not just scaremongering to steal $20 Billion.
