The Legend of 1900

Posted on 06/19/2010 7:43:59 PM PDT by Glenn

I've watched a thousand movies in my 57 years. It's my passion. I'm a hard critic. I'm demanding. I'm appreciative.

Tonight I watched "The Legend of 1900".

It was superb. The best.

Catch it if you can.

Care to give us a clue as to what it’s about?

And spoil the experience? Nope.

“57 years” it’s good to see I’m not the only “old” person on FR! Thanks for the movie recommendation.

No, you aren't. We olde people are the heart and soul of this place.

And we are polite as our parents taught us to be, eh?

An amazing story line, ya?

I put it in my movie queue. If it’s not good, you will hear from my lawyer.

I have it in my Netflix streaming queue.

Will have to bump it up a few notches and watch it.

Peter Sellers in “Being There”. He grew up in a rich mans house and the only thing he knew of the outside world was what he saw on television, until the old man died and he was forced out into the world on his own. Great movie and Seller's last one before he died.

I saw it once, and that was enough.

If you liked Edward Scissorhands, you might like this movie.
