If it was a posed thing, I would think he could have a sense of humor about the whole thing.
The judge needs to tell the school that this picture was so stupid that everyone involved needs to find something else to do at their intellectual level. Perhaps custodial services like the woman in the picture (perhaps the only sane person in the story). The judge should tell the family the same thing. As Einstein said, stupidity is infinite.
I’m sure this “humiliation” is nothing that can’t be cured by a check from the taxpayers, along with another check from the taxpayers for 3x that much for some connected scumbag lawyer.

Sorry to hear about the kid having problems on the one hand.
However, are there not a few issues here, such as privacy, medical issues, the bubbles being over housekeeping employee, bubbles not over kid; further because this is a marketing/advertisement “campaign” as stated by school officials, the kid deserves compensation and credit/payment or royalties/residuals.
