effectively changing the address and link to something else. I haven't clicked on any of them as concerned I may have gotten an email worm of some kind. Never seen this before...any idea what is causing this?

According to a Google search on Libra ESVA, that is a virus program.
It could be one of those ‘click on this to scan your computer’ and then it gives you a trojan.

> Go to Libra ESVA ha rilevato un possibile tentativo di frode proveniente da It's Italian that means, "Go to Libra ESVA has observed a fraud attempt originating from " I don't know if this is legitimate. Give me a few minutes to check.

But I noticed it is appearing on the mail at Gmail before I download it locally.

Dont go there unless you know who they are.I have no idea who this is so I don't click on any of them. I sent a simple email with a link to my website to a friend last night and when I got it back as a reply it had that prefix attached... now it is on every email I get

In all seriousness. Shut down. Restart and Run your virus protector. A full scan.

Here is a web site originating in Italy and advertising itself as an internet security business. With that I went into my programs list and found a program I did NOT install on purpose (must have been bundled with something else) called "Bonjour" ...seems Italian to me and I had no idea what it was so I un-installed it...when I did that it called for Firefox and Thunderbird to be closed to finish the uninstall...I said "Ah HA!". May have found the culprit. Now I have to wait and see if that did it. But at least it makes sense with what was said here and what I had happening...

"Bonjour" ...seems Italian to me.Facepalm!

I got rid of AVG after it allowed a worm into my computer, now I run AVAST and knock on wood seems to work.
To: Carley
And he’ll wire me the sum of $47,500,000.00 (forty seven million, five hundred thousand United States dollars) into my account from the “Central Bank Of Nigeria Apex Bank”, right?
