Resolving the Obama eligibility question
WND ^ | June 15, 2010 | Paul R. Hollrah

Posted on 06/15/2010 2:40:03 AM PDT by rambo316

The phrase, "… and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution" was purposely omitted. Other than that, the two documents were identical … even to the misspelling of the word "through" in the second line of the certifications.

This tragic anomaly of American political history was first reported by writer J.B. Williams in a Sept. 10, 2009 article, titled, "The Theory is Now a Conspiracy and Facts Don't Lie." Immediately upon publication of Williams' article, Obama doubters across the country began contacting their state election boards, requesting copies of the Democrat and Republican Party candidate certifications, and the full scale of the Democrats' deception was uncovered.

So, why would the Democrats eliminate the language certifying that Obama and Biden were both eligible to serve "under provisions of the U.S. Constitution"? Is it not reasonable to assume that they knew when they nominated him that Barack Obama was ineligible to serve by virtue of the fact that he is not a "natural born" U.S. citizen?

So the question arises: What did Nancy Pelosi know, and when did she know it? And is it Pelosi's certification of Obama's eligibility that the state of Hawaii now relies upon in their refusal to disclose the details of his long-form birth certificate?

I briefly reviewed your posting history and you seem like a fair-minded freeper except for how you feel about WND. Do you think you could do better than 80%? If so than please enlighten us all w/ your heavily researched wisdom! Also I personally feel that WND is much much more accurate than 80% [apparently pulled out of left field] I’d hazard a guess of between 98 - 99% correct, factual and unbiased reporting for WND. Sorry but nobody else is even in the same ballpark imho.

1) To clarify let me just say if you do agree that Obama’s eligibility as a natural born citizen of 2 US citizen/parents appears to be a major problem then why are you denigrating on the #1 webservice newsite?! The only one btw that extends the most effort to not ‘drop the ball’ on this most important topic.

2) Do you think anyone runs a news site better than WND with all the problematic data constant swirling in the cesspool of news in which we live? One where the news cycle means post the most factual details in 1 hour or less w/ minimal errors.

3) I will concede that in the more distant past Joseph Farah - founder of WND in 1997 - did tend to grab onto and sensationalize quite regularly. I attribute this to the fact that he matured in the newspaper industry - Sacramento Bee - and carried some bad traits forward. However, I would add that I’ve seen less and less glomming onto sensationized stories and more and more detailed fact checking.

4) Are you aware that w/o WND we most probably would have had to endure Gore as president in 2000? [see election results for Gore not carrying his home state, TN - a WND exclusive report - rather than FL covered inanely by the msm]. Or how about Kerry in 2004? WND did a superb job of covering the Swift Boat Vets while even FOX news and O’Really denied/covered-up. FR did an awesome job here too but who do you think has the larger audience?

Simply put WND is like a dog w/ a bone when it comes to covering stories the the rest of the msm decides to blacklist or at the least minimize/downplay. I appreciate them for the dogged determination to ‘truth justice and the American way’ - something sorely lacking from all others. The stench of the cesspool would be far worse w/ Clinton pasing the torch to Gore or even Kerry before Obambi comes along.

If WND weren’t willing to risk their future and livelihoods reporting all the non-PC stuff, stuff the msm runs away from, then who would? Here’s to hoping you correct the error of your ways, apologize, and quit denigrating on the #1 webservice newsite that is willing to dig for facts and uncover corruption whereever/whenever they find it.

They only problem I can see with this....this certification was also used with Al Gore for the 49 states and the other for HI in 2000.

Yes I understand the process...however have you noticed anyone that starts to get traction on the eligibility issue within 3 weeks completely back tracks after they have been visited!!!

Its nuts...no AG is going to do this...this is a zero sum game for these clowns...I am sure they will go to any length necessary to stop the truth from coming out.

What AG wants to risk his life?

WND never issued corrections on the above facts. They left conservatives badly misinformed.

Do you have the same disdain for the Leftist Democrat-controlled Obama-toesucking. lying, equivocating, prefabricating media or do you just save up all your self-righteous indignation for WND????

Could it maybe, just possibly, be that any AG who looks into it finds that it’s a bunch of paranoid crap and won’t go anywhere?

sure however with all of the money and effort spent to cover this up...the only one paranoid would be OZero because he is afraid of how America will react to the truth of his background.

No, I don't have the same level of disdain for the Lefist, Democrat-controlled, Obama-toesucking, lying, equivocating prefabricating media. I dislike them more than I do WND and Orly Taitz.

I do save up my self-righteous indigination for you and your friends though.

It doesn’t have to be an Attorney General, any prosecuting attorney will do, even a District Attorney who likes looking into “a bunch of paranoid crap.”
Maybe Northern Illinois US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald might take up the challenge after he finishes off Rod Blagojevich. Fitzgerald went after Scooter Libby at a time when the Valerie Plame affair was “just a bunch of left wing paranoid crap” and he came out of it with convictions.

I used to be. Now I work for the US Navy as a consultant on a contract basis.

There's a big difference between journalists leaning right and perpetuating outright lies. WND has perpetuated and endorsed bald-faced lies in its coverage of the Obama eligibility issue. I don't just rant about it on FR. I send e-mails and letters directly to WND pointing out the errors. They never issue corrections. It's dishonest when the NYT does it. It's dishonest when WND does it. The difference is that WND should know better.

I don't understand why you find it odd that I criticize WND but want to be polite in discussions with liberals. As a Christian, I interact with unbelievers differently than I do with believers. The Apostle Paul teaches that we shouldn't put a stumbling block in front of unbelievers so as not to denigrate our ministry. And he teaches that we are to hold fellow believers accountable. I try (and sometimes fail) to follow that policy in my discussions with liberals versus conservatives.

I'm not hiding behind a banner of truth. I'm standing on the rock of truth and shouting it to any who might listen. That it hurts your ears speaks volumes. That you accuse me of siding with the enemy and not fighting for my country is reprehensible.

you are going to be eaten alive

Not today.

You can look it up just as easily as I can. I’ve only been here (almost) two years. There isn’t that much history to review.
