Mix ‘em in with spaghetti, meatballs or meatloaf. Or “hide” them in vegetable soup where they can take on other flavours they like.
Is that Aluminum Overcast, the EAA’s B-17?
Ginger cures my motion sickness. Tried many things even the ear patch which made me seasick!! Look for a capsule called “Motion Mate.” It is mainly ginger with some other herbal ingredients that work on motion sickness.
How do you take it?
Just before the trip, or a day ahead or so?
How much do you take?
Thanks in advance for any reply you can give.
I got a pound of radish seeds for sprouting once. I thought (mistakenly!) that they would be radishy but less pungent than radishes.
They are MUCH stronger than regular radishes. Had to give away. My stomach can’t handle radishes. Radish sprouts are for true radish lovers!
I do make red clover sprouts sometimes.
I like sprouts rolled up in home made flatbread. Very delicious.
I did reply to you but FR posting was down and it wouldn’t go through.
Anyway, I would take a capsule a couple of hours before any activity that would bring on motion sickness. I may take another capsule every couple of hours during time on water. But, it can bring on a little heartburn so spacing them out is best. I also bring along ginger cookies, candied ginger and ginger ale. They all seem to help.
Really ‘Motion Mate,” was THE ANSWER after years of trial and error. Read and follow directions, but it is all herbal so nothing to worry about. Have her take it and good luck!
Love cinnamon! I got a big jar of it around Christmas time and it’s already half gone. It’s really good on oatmeal, in entrees, cookies.... you name it.
