Were your predictions under another user name? So you predicted that Lakin’s trial would be refused witnesses and evidence? And this is law somewhere?

Perhaps Chief Justice Roberts stumbled when publicly administering the oath to BO because he was also "evading" the issue of his eligibility. If he was certain of BO's Constitutional eligibility: no stumbling at all. If he was firmly convinced of BO's Constitutional ineligibility: outright refusal to administer the oath. CJ Roberts was uneasy and of a divided mind when he administered the oath, and is uneasy even now.
Lakin will gladly go when he knows Obama is the true Commander in Chief and not a usurper. Lakin took a oath to uphold the Constitution and his country. Not Obama as you are consistently.
You know, if you put your first-rate investigative skills to work, you could find much clearer pics of me on public forums, pics that you could then more effectively utilize in future knee-slappers after your birther talking points fall apart under the simplest of criticism.
If Lakin is denied a fair trial, Obama will have free reign to destroy and destruct from here on in.

People like to think they can predict the future, but seeing a Nazi behind every smile can be just as dangerous. Take Cicero, for example. And once Caesar marched on Rome, it was over. Later still, Cicero infamously attacked Mark Antony as if he were Satan himself in the Phillipics, favoring Octavian as the lesser of evils. As we all know, Octavian’s the one who finally put the Republic to sleep.

We are quite familiar with how progressive Obamabots look. We have Helen Thomas, Nancy Pelosi, Barney Frank and Andrew Weiner appearing daily. And then there is the slime washing up on the beach from the oil geyser. All of the above are disasters.

I tend to think that’s what you want to happen, because then you’ll be right, and Obama won’t be just another politician, but instead a neo-Hitler. If a significant portion of the population knows or cares who Lakin is, I’ll eat my hat. You vastly overrate your consituency. What with your persecution complex, you’d think you’d have caught on by now that Birtherism is an object of fun for most everyone.
Not exactly. They said that a quo warranto case could not be brought outside of D.C., which is not the same thing as saying that a quo warranto can be brought against Obama in D.C. The U.S. District Court in D.C. has subsequently dismissed two quo warranto cases against Obama, including one brought by Orly.
Standing, the political question, and jurisdiction. Once those are overcome, the eligibility case(s) can proceed on the merits to a rightful conclusion.
How do you propose to overcome them?

You know I do not think wealth should determine who gets a political position. But if I had my druthers it would be people who made the money on their own and not through the people's pockets as obama plans and has done already through Goldman Sachs and others. As Reid,Dodd, Gore, Pelosi,Feinstein have through corruption and plundering of the people.
So with Obama we have everything you just said Bush was and more. We have radical communist in the White House. We have a president who wants full executive power and 90% tax on your income eventually. He has funneled money to terrorist countries. He is funneling money to his muslim religion. He has funneled money to Soros and unions who will help him continue the looting of America.. He has continued all Bush policies and taken away more freedom with every legislation.
