Man Eating Chicken Nuggets Shot On North Side (Pittsburgh)

PITTSBURGH -- A man was shot while eating chicken nuggets on Pittsburgh's North Side.

Police said the man, who has not been identified, was walking Wednesday afternoon on Linwood Avenue when he was hit.

Witness Allen King told Channel 4 Action News what he saw once police cordoned off the area.

"When police got here, the ambulance came, they looked at the young man. Evidently, he took a shot in the hip. He was alive. They carried him away," said King.

Perhaps that’s why he was shot - an attempted mercy killing to prevent him from suffering a slow, agonising, cholesterol and fat-induced death?

Hate to profile a victim like this, as it may have been random or inadvertent; but chances are the “man eating chicken nuggets” was a gang member who was seen ‘napping’ walking down the street like there isn't a war on, and some rival gang member ‘busted a cap’ in his hip.
